Job Description:
- We are urgently hiring an Assistant Director of Operations to support the operational leadership across multiple food and beverage outlets throughout the DC, Maryland, and Virginia area. This role will collaborate closely with the Director of Operations and local management teams to ensure operational consistency, efficiency, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support and oversee operations for multiple regional outlets in the DMV area.

- Partner with location managers to drive performance, quality control, and customer satisfaction.

- Assist in implementing operational policies and initiatives in line with corporate goals.

- Help monitor budgets, staffing, inventory, and performance metrics.

- Identify opportunities for operational improvement and implement solutions in coordination with leadership.

- Foster a culture of collaboration, service, and accountability across all outlets.

- Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company standards.

- Act as a liaison between corporate leadership and outlet teams.



Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field.

- 5+ years of operations experience, preferably in multi-unit food service management.

- Proven ability to lead teams and support complex operations.

- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

- Strong working knowledge of food service operations, staffing, and compliance.
