The Treasury - Accounting1 - Associate II will play a critical role in supporting various Treasury-related tasks and activities. This position involves executing approved disbursements, processing Treasury requests, and maintaining accurate records in compliance with audit and regulatory policies. The role also entails monitoring compliance with applicable laws and regulations while identifying opportunities for process improvements and assisting in training junior team members.

Compensation and Benefits

This is a 12 Month Contract position. NO C2C.

Skills

Proficiency with MS Office suite

Responsibilities

Assist with various Treasury-related tasks and activities
Execute approved disbursements using Wires/ACH transactions
Process Treasury requests, including stop payments and positive pay exception processing
Perform research for internal and external business partners
Maintain accurate records for audit and regulatory compliance
Follow corporate policies and procedures to ensure compliance
Monitor compliance with laws and internal policies related to Treasury operations
Identify opportunities for process improvements and streamline workflows
Assist in training and mentoring junior team members
Prepare documentation related to Treasury compliance activities

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related discipline (preferred)
Prior experience in banking or treasury (1-3 years preferred)
