Free sales executive

Overview

A fast growing IT company based in Europe is seeking for Sales commission for immediate employment. The company is in its expansion phase and is seeking to enlarge its sales team. We are hiring for the position of Commission Based Sales Executives who will bring us new clients on a monthly basis. Energetic, enthusiastic and well-organized team players are invited to apply and become a member of our growing corporate sales team.


Job Function/ Responsibilities

· Promote and sell products or services in order to grow sales and profitability.

· Develops strategies to gain market share and close as many sales as possible.

· Builds quality customer relationships and maintains up-to-date client information in order to drive sales.

· Coordinating and meeting Marketing and Sales Targets

· Assist in making the brand a household name.

· Assist with the entry of Sales invoices

· Daily, weekly and monthly Reports on job responsibilities



Qualification / Requirement

· A candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college.

· A successful sales commission specialist is self motivated and outgoing and should have effective communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.

· MBA preferred

· Three to five years of sales experience

· Proven track record of positive sales performance

· Creating and implementing a sales plan

· Meeting sales goals by monitoring progress

· Analyzing sales data

· Presentation skills

· Management and leadership skills

· Mentoring and coaching sales reps
