2 3 years experience in property tax or similar role
3 This position requires 3 days per week onsite presence in Rochester NY.
Job Description:
As the Senior Property Tax Analyst, you will be responsible for timely and accurate preparation and filing of property tax returns, business licensing, and other compliance duties for all retail locations within the United States.
This position requires 3 days per week onsite presence in Rochester NY.
Major Activities:
File personal property tax returns, on a timely basis.
Manage property tax obligations, including coordinating, tracking and processing payments
Review, monitor, and respond to all taxing jurisdictions inquiries regarding property taxes and support audits
Integrate property tax software and assist with forecasting property tax liabilities
Review all assessments identify opportunities for costs savings, including appeals
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in accounting or business.
3 years experience in property tax or similar role
