$65/hr for local candidates

Shift: 8am - 430pm
Start Date: By 06/24/2023
Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience as a PT, focusing on early intervention and pediatric patients
Unencumbered LA or Compact PT license. Facility is willing to wait for licensure for an experienced candidate.
Certifications: AHA BLS
Current immunization records or titers for MMR, Varicella, HepB, TDAP, TB/PPD, Flu, COVID-19, and annual physical
