Free Online Order Manager (Remote Work)

Responsible for processing and managing the company's order process, ensuring that all links from order receipt, confirmation to delivery proceed smoothly.
Receive and confirm customer orders to ensure that order information is accurate.
Keep in touch with customers, answer order-related questions, and provide order progress updates.
Cooperate with the purchasing department to replenish inventory in a timely manner to avoid out-of-stock.
