Free Multimedia Producer - 2423

Ocean Bay, LLC., a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a government industry leader, is looking for a Multi-Media Producer to join our Team!

The Multi-Media Producer will provide public affairs support for ongoing initiatives in NAVSEA Public Affairs, to include speechwriting, exhibit services, photography support, print, photo, video, digital signage, and multimedia support.

Responsibilities:

Provide support for 12 multimedia deliverables annually, three – five minutes in length, to support command communication goals, using Contractor Furnished Equipment. Products will be used in multiple mediums, including digital signage, website, social media and other communication products.
Material must be edited into a professional audiovisual product in accordance with industry audiovisual standards, adhere to standards outlined in Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act (29 U.S.C. 794d), as amended by the Workforce Investment Act of 1998 (P.L. 105-220), August 7, 1998, and be usable by commercial news outlets when specified.
Provide a monthly report of all multimedia support and deliverables.
Requirements:

US Citizenship.
Ability to obtain and maintain an Active Secret Clearance; Candidates currently possessing an Active Secret Clearance or higher are preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or Multimedia design preferred.
Additional five (5) years of professional experience may be substituted for degree.
Fifteen (15) years of related technical experience.
Ability to translate complex technical, legal, legislative, regulatory and statistical information into simple language required.
Familiarity with Photodex ProShow Producer, current Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.
Desired Experience:

Experience in producing still and mutimedia advertisements to support command communication objectives.
Experience in conceiving, designing, programming and scheduling ads for a digital signage network.
Manage programming to support command information to synchronize with real time weather/news/sports/traffic feeds.
Ability to write descriptive ad copy in accordance with Navy style under deadline.
