Responsibilities: Ability to directly supervise up to 10 non-supervisory employees.
Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with policies, procedures and applicable laws. Responsibilities, as assigned by the Department Manager, will include planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
