Top Locksmith Vancouver is currently seeking an experienced Locksmith Technician to join our team. As a Locksmith Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional locksmith services to our clients. Your role will be to perform a variety of tasks related to mobile locksmith, lock change, lock rekey, emergency lockouts, commercial locksmith, door and frame repair, residential locksmith, and automotive locksmith services.

Responsibilities:

-Perform a variety of locksmith services including installation, repair, and maintenance of locks, keys, and security systems
-Provide emergency lockout services to clients in need
-Respond to service calls promptly and professionally
-Maintain accurate and detailed records of all service calls and repairs
-Ensure the proper use and maintenance of equipment and tools
-Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive and professional attitude
-Identify and troubleshoot problems with locks, keys, and security systems
-Provide advice and recommendations to clients on how to improve their security measures

Requirements:

-High school diploma or equivalent
-Minimum of 3 years of experience in the locksmith industry
-Completion of a Locksmith apprenticeship program or equivalent training
-Knowledge of different types of locks and security systems
-Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
-Excellent communication and customer service skills
-Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain accurate and detailed records
-Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
