Responsibilities
Monitor, inspect, setup, calibrate, and maintain semiconductor equipment in the field
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and implement solutions
Provide on-call technical support as needed
Accurately document maintenance activities and submit field service reports
Participate in the installation of equipment at customer sites
Train and assist other technicians in their duties
Ensure compliance with customer policies and safety protocols
Qualifications
2-3 years of experience with PVD or semiconductor vacuum equipment
Associates degree required; Bachelors degree in engineering preferred
Experience with multi-chamber cluster systems and robotics is highly preferred
Must have a valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record
Ability to lift approximately 50 lbs
Willingness to travel domestically (up to 25%) and internationally for training
