Free Electrician

The ideal candidate will hold a Journeyman’s card or have 7+ years of direct electrician experience, specifically in a manufacturing environment with machines—not facilities maintenance. This role requires expertise in industrial maintenance, electrical maintenance, and familiarity with high voltage systems. PLC experience is essential, with a preference for Allen Bradley systems. Experience with CNC machinery, particularly with Fanuc and Siemens controllers, is highly desirable.

1. Do you have a Electricians with Journeyman’s card, or 7+ years of direct electrician experience.

2. Do you have experience in a manufacturing environment on manufacturing equipment – NOT facilities maintenance.

3. Do you have experience industrial maintenance, electrical maintenance, high voltage (medium voltage), 480V, 120V, down to 24-volt DC circuitry.

4. Do you have electric work must be on machines in the manufacturing environment, in any industry PLC experience, Allen Bradley preferred Familiar with going through the parameters of Program Frequency Drives (controls engineers help with this but familiarity is important) AAM Three Rivers is a CNC Machining facility, so having CNC experience would be preferred.

5. Do you have experience with Fanuc and Siemens controllers on CNC machines preferred. Please note, if candidates were heavier on PLC's and lighter on CNC's or vice versa it would be fine. Candidate should be experienced with PLCs, CNCs, Frequency Drives, motors, and associated circuity.

6. Most importantly, Do you have the able to show examples of troubleshooting these items. They will be exposed to but not limited to 24v DC, 120v, 277v, and 480v circuits.

7. Do you experience troubleshooting proximity switches, light screens and safety circuits, cables, ethernet and communication issues, motors, drives, relays, etc.

8. Automotive industry experience preferred Experience with Fanuc and Siemens controllers on CNC machines preferred.

9. Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder.
