Job Summary:
- Manage and supervise construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement timely solutions to keep projects on track.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with building codes, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
- Review and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and provide regular cost reports to stakeholders.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and effective communication among the construction team.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent, overseeing medium to large-scale projects.
- Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods, materials, and processes.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and supervise construction teams.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans, blueprints, and specifications.
- Sound understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Valid construction-related certifications or licenses may be required.
