Bilingual French/Eng Customer Service Rep needs 2+ years’ experience
Bilingual French/Eng Customer Service Rep requires:

• Technical or mechanical aptitude/Hands-on experience preferred
• Strong oral and written communication skills are essential
• French
• Strong customer related communications and interpersonal skills necessary
• Proficient at navigating Microsoft Office and web-based programs
• Good home internet connection
• Bachelor’s Degree in technical field or College Degree in Trades

Bilingual French/Eng Customer Service Rep duties:
• Provide customers, distribution partners, and sales reps with technical support on our adhesives products and solutions through our technical helpline.
• Provide timely support for technical inquiries via phone, email, and web chat.
• Visualize mechanical situations and work with customers to determine the best products to use, while identifying potential leads
