Free Assistant Manager

Role Description
Front desk operations: Greet customers, fit/pin garments for alterations, delegate task to appropriate tailor, enter info into QB, track garment till completion, ensure a high-quality finish.
As time allows, hemming, mending, altering, and repairing customer clothing.
Manage discerning customers who expect excellence & perfection.
Hours: Shop is open Tuesday-Saturday 9am 5pm. If working every Saturday is an issue, we can discuss
Qualifications
10+ years fitting/alterations (both women/men) required
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
Attention to detail and precision in tailoring
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of textile materials and garment construction
knowledge of QuickBooks (QB) helpful
