Job duties:
Maintain Human Resources Information System-processing new hires, terminations and employee changes
Maintain e-learning system-ensure all employees are in the system
Compose and send out office correspondence
Process requests for employment verification
Process I-9 verification process
Must be flexible for other duties as assigned: As an associate you may be required to cross-train across roles/departments with similar job duties, or assist with other business needs as required
Nice to have:
HR experience
Paycom
Requirements:
Previous related work history
This person will be working heavily in Data Management systems
Experience pulling reports from systems, organizing data, curating data, compiling reports
Moderate MS Excel and MS Word experience
High school diploma or equivalent required
Background check required
Drug screening required
